TERMS OF SERVICE

#COMMISSION PURPOSE:

1. Personal Use: Client can't sell nor use my art to make profit. It's ok to be used as an icon & header with credit. Artist can publish the result as a portfolio.
2. Monetized Use (+extra half-2x base price): Client can't use my art to make profit physically, but strictly for digital content such as streaming, thumbnail/asset, emote, MV, or advertising purposes. Artist may not upload it anywhere depends on discussed term. Please add proper credit (art by Startauruss)
3. Commercial Use (2x-3x base price): Client get the full copyright to use my art for streaming purposes, advertising, merchandise, book, or any other project. Artist may not upload it anywhere depends on discussed term. Please add proper credit (art by Startauruss)

#TOS:

1. Please provide clear visual references & descriptions of your character
2. I may decline commission order that out of my range of ability
3. Full payment after sketch approved
4. I accept payment preferably via BRI & Shopeepay
5. Commission will take 3-14 days depend on queue, complexity, IRL stuff, or unexpected circumtances. Any delays will be notified
6. Max 3x revision. No major revision after lineart, but small detail changes are acceptable
7.Once the artwork is finished I'll send the Gdrive link. Client will get transparent file without BG, PNG file with BG/solid color, and watermarked file
8. I've all rights to post the artwork with watermark on social media as portfolio. Please discuss beforehand if the commission is for surprise gift or NDA
9. Do not feed my artwork into AI
